Found covers w honda logos after this product was purchased for less but all in all very pleased I don't know about direct rain exposure it's under a car shelter as well.

I only have had the cover for 1 month and it seems very durable. I use it about 4 days a week in the sun for 8 hours a day. I can not give a fair feedback if this cover will last for the time period it is guaranteed. It is heavier that some covers so it is quite bulky and takes more room in my side cases than my other one. I will see how it is in 1 year.

Got it's trial by fire the day after I got the cover. We had about 3.5 inches of rain in a couple hours and the cover did much better than I had hoped. Bike was nice and dry. Next day was hot and sunny and after a couple hours you'd never know it had got wet at all.
