All product returns must be authorized in advance by CarsCover.com with the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. To request a RMA number, please call us at 866-684-2768 or contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a detailed description and explanation for the reason of return. Without an RMA number, the returned product(s) may result in a 20% restocking fee charge.
All product returns must be received by CarsCover.com within 15 days from the RMA issue date, with the RMA number clearly written on the exterior of the shipping package. All customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges included in a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The RMA number will expire after the 15 days and all returns received after the 15 days will be charged with a 20% restocking fee. If an extension is needed, please contact us at our toll free number or email us at email@example.com.
Any returns for wrong color given, wrong year given, wrong make given or wrong model given an order case will result in an automatic 20% restocking fee. If the request to change an order is met before the order has been shipped out, the customer will not be charged for 20% restocking fee.
Any returns for wrong shipping address, missing apartment/House number or any incorrect shipping information will result in an automatic 20% restocking fee. If the request to change order shipping address is met before the order has been delivery yet, the customer will not be charged for 20% restocking fee. If the customer desire to change the shipping address after the order was shipped out, the customer will have to pay for $15 penalty fee.
All Returns made within the allotted 15 days from the carrier delivery date will receive a refund without a shipping cost. Shipping cost is not refundable. Refunds after the given 15 days will result in a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final for carscover.com items purchased after 60 days. No refunds returns will be accepted for these covers. All exchanges made after the given 15 days will result in an exchange for equal or higher value only.
All returned items must be in new and resalable condition. Returned items will be inspected and should not have tire marks, grease, or dirt stains, and any damages that would prevent that item from being resold. There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned products that are non-resalable. Customers will be responsible for the all returned product shipping cost.
Most of the items available at Carscover.com may be returned for full or partial credit. However, refund does not apply to single accessory purchase (Cover Patch Kit, Detail Mitt, Waffle Weave, Security Cable/Lock Set, and Air Fresheners)
In the case of defect or our error, these items may be returned for full or exchange, depending on the circumstances.
The Customer is responsible for notifying Carscover.com for the cancellation of any order. If the request to cancel an order is met BEFORE the order has been shipped out, the customer will not be charged for any cancellation fees. If the order has been processed and shipped out, $15 cancellation fee will be charged. The customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Customers will need to request a return mailing authorization (RMA) number; you can obtain the number by calling our toll free Customer Service number at 1-866-684-2768 or e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*All products must be returned within 15 days of the RMA number issue date to receive a refund. No refunds will be permitted after the 15 days from the RMA number issue date. ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST NOT BE OPEN!

If there are any discrepancies, defects, or damages to our product(s), the customer will first, need to provide photographs of the damaged or defective area. The photographs, then, can be sent to email@example.com with a detailed explanation of the situation. Once the photographs are reviewed, CarsCover.com will take the necessary and corrective procedure to ensure that the item(s) are properly replaced.
All returns for custom car, seat, and dashboard covers will result in an automatic 20% restocking fee. Refunds and exchanges must be made within 15 days after the carrier delivery date. A Return Mailing Authorization (RMA) number will be required and must have an issue date within the 15 days ?The return product must be shipped back within 15 days from the RMA issue date.
