Return Procedure
All product returns must have an Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to be accepted and processed. To obtain a RMA call to customer service department at 866-684-2768. Please mark the RMA number clearly on the box. A product must be in its original condition with no wear, marks, dirt, or grease. All return products will be inspected during return process. Please allow 10-12 business days to process your return. If a returned item is not in its original condition, a refund or exchange will not issue, and the cover will be shipped back to customer at customer's expense. Any returns after 14 business days from receving date will be charged 20% restocking fee.
Return Policy
The vast majority of products available at CarsCover.com are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 14 Business days of receipt of the product.
Shipping cost is not refundable. We will, however, refund shipping costs only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a result of our error. No return is accepted on a product shipped outside of United States. International orders may only be exchanged on a defected product. Shipment returned as undeliverable for any reason will be considered as refused. Customer should contact us and request re-shipment, and also will be responsible for additional shipping cost.
If a product was received with damage during delivery, customer must file a claim with the carrier immediately. Please save the original package for inspection. We will exchange a product to another product of equal or higher value. Customer must pay a shipping cost for an exchange.
