A. We carry both waterproof and non-waterproof covers, depending on your needs. Please view our product description for detailed information or contact our customer service for assistance.

A. Our covers can be hand cleaned with a soft brush and lukewarm water. Do Not use laundry soap or detergent! This will reduce and may destroy the special coating applied during manufacturing. Air or line-dry for best results.

A. Unfortunately, our covers do not have antenna holes. However, we have a patch for the antenna hole. You make your own hole where the antenna will fit through, then you seal the patch on top of the hole. The Antenna Patch kit comes with our security cable/lock set.

A. We accept all major creditcards: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and Discover

A. No. We do not accept PayPal Payment over the phone.

A. No. Once you submitted your order, the payment method can not be changed.

A. Credit card number provided by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Information you submitted via SSL is encrypted by software. Also our access to your information is limited and protected against unauthorized use.

A. Customers may see two charges on their credit card right after they order. One charge is for authorization only which will disappear in a day or two. Our system can charge only once for an order.

A. Information we receive from you will be used to process your order. For more information, please visit our privacy policy page./p>

A. Yes, you are able to check the status of your order at member page.

A. You will not be able to change your order once it is submitted. Please double check your order for accuracy before submitting.

A. In continental United States, we ship a package via UPS Ground. It usually takes 1-10 business days.

A. Orders placed before 4:30pm PST are Shipped the same day (Except Custom- fit cove order)

A. An e-mail with the tracking number will be sent to you once the shipment processed is completed. You can also obtain tracking number from your member page.

A. 8% sales taxes will be applied only to California residents. Tax will not be applied to a shipping & handling.

A. No. We do not have a retail store.

A. Yes, you can visit our warehouse and pick up your order in person to save on shipping & handling.

A. Yes, we take orders from worldwide customers. We ship international order via USPS Global Express.

A. Yes, we ship to APO or FPO address via USPS Priority Mail. Some APO/FPO addresses have size restrictions for inbound packages. Please be sure to check with appropriate personnel for restrictions before ordering.

A. Yes, we ship to Hawaii or Alaska via USPS Priority Mail. Please check our shipping policy page for more information.

A. We carry both custom and semi-custom covers. Most they are Semi-Custom Covers, cut by the length of each vehicles. You can always order special custom cover over the phone.

A. We are happy to send out Only Custom Car cover and Seat Cover fabric samples.

A. There may be some vehicles not listed on our website. However, if you provide us your vehicle information - Year, Make & Model or dimensions, we will find the right size cover for your vehicle.
